February 2026Internship

An employer platform taken from first Figma prototype to a production MVP in about four weeks.

From requirements to production

I led the end-to-end UX process while working with founders and engineers to scope onboarding, job posting, payments, analytics, and privacy workflows. Reusable components, auto layout constraints, and design tokens made the Figma work directly implementable.

One connected employer workflow

Dashboard analytics, candidate discovery, applications, and billing use a consistent information hierarchy. I documented edge cases and data constraints in Figma Dev Mode to reduce implementation ambiguity.

Iteration

Usability reviews and stakeholder feedback shaped the MVP throughout the four-week build, allowing the team to refine the experience while engineering was already moving.
